National Space Technology Applications Office

NSTA is JPL's focal point for all non-NASA project and technology activities. It is the Lab's program office responsible for developing and executing business opportunities with the civil, commercial, defense and intelligence sponsors. In addition, international partners doing non-NASA business with JPL are managed by NSTA. The labs intellectual property, tech transfer, patents and licensing activities are executed within NSTA as well. NSTA is the one-stop-shop for all your non-NASA needs.

Bob has spent 40 years in space and space related fields managing major program efforts, technology development, strategy, policy, planning and acquisition. He’s been at JPL for twelve years and held command, staff and operational positions in the Air Force prior to JPL.
